The jurisdictional tension you cover here, where competition law and sectoral regulators are still working out who controls what, is playing out in AI governance right now in ways that boards and executives are not yet tracking. I write Constructs of an Idle Mind (preceperi.substack.com), an analytical publication covering technology governance, geopolitics, and the bigger philosophical questions sitting underneath the hype.

I also have a subsite, Apertura, which provides targeted content for Non Executive Directors, board members and executives to keep them abreast of AI, technology, governance and transformation. My latest weekly update covers the Meta liability verdicts, agentic AI causing production outages, and the emerging board level accountability frameworks in South Korea and beyond:

If you, or anyone who sees this, subscribes and recommends my site, I will return the favour and subscribe to you, and for the next week I am offering new connections a complimentary 30 day paid access. Just reply here or drop me a note.
